THE music extravaganza of the  year, Chillfest, returns to Wicker Park and Bucktown on November 24 with a lineup of more than 60 artists who will represent a wide range of music genres.
In a unique arrangement, the  free and live performances as part of the pop music festival will take place at various venues in more than 20 neighborhood storefronts to highlight the creative and entrepreneurial roots of the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods.
To provide the most exposure for the entertainers and the performance venues, music lovers will be able to go from venue to venue, enjoying the 20- to 60-minute live music sets while shopping, enjoying local art and other attractions in the neighborhoods.
Among this year's ChillFest musical participants are The Fox & The Hounds, Chicago's only burlesque rock and roll band; hip-hop group Hugh Lee and the Pariahs; and multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Fin. Jazz-pop singer Elle Casazza and singer/comedian Matt Griffo, both fan-favorites, will be returning to share the spotlight.
Chillfest, Chicago's only free music festival on Small Business Saturday, is sponsored by the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.
