The 18th annual Chicago International Salsa Congress, the premier Latin music and dance event of the year for the Chicago-Midwest region, will celebrate the cultural legacy of Latin, Afro-Cuban and Afro-Caribbean music and dance on February 7-10 at the Westin O'Hare. The event will feature dance productions, live entertainment and more than 70 workshops that will focus on a variety of subjects, including percussion, rhythm and historical perspectives honoring the origins of the music and dance.
